We are looking for a responsible and committed Admin Executive to support our daily office and project operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Liaise with site supervisors, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Assist in administrative and billing processes, including Quotations, Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices, Purchase Orders (PO), and payment documentation.
• Prepare and update workers’ attendance, timesheets, and manhour calculations.
• Support the Project Manager in project documentation and reporting.
• Maintain proper filing systems and records for office and project documents.
• Monitor and maintain inventory and office supplies.
• Perform data entry and ensure records are updated accurately.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits when required.
• Carry out ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by management.
• SQL Accounting knowledge

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma qualification or at least 1 - 2 years of working experience in administration-related fields.

Main Responsibilities :

• To assist HOD on covering full spectrum of Administration and HR function for Malaysia.
• Work closely with HOD to ensure organizational success and achieve department objectives through various Admin & HR initiatives.

• To arrange and monitor pest control, office maintenance and upkeep if required, i.e. lighting, water dispenser, air-cond, office furniture & fittings, fax machines, photocopy machines, printers, telephones, electrical works and etc.
• Arrange internal / external technician for office maintenance work if necessary
• Welcome and greet all visitors, vendors, clients, candidates in a professional manner and inform the appropriate personnel.
• To answer incoming calls and to forward these calls to the appropriate personnel.
• To record messages in cases where the relevant personnel is not in the office; subsequently informing personnel of the call and its purpose.
• Handle all courier services, collection, mailing, distribution of intercompany mails and forwarding faxes.

• Record and submit cleaner attendance to Ms Judy (Account Dept) for salary payment.

• Compile of monthly attendance by department
• Monitor of staff’s accumulated time off hours application in systems (refer to employee handbook)
• Register of new staff thumbprint
• Issue of Mediviron Clinic medical card to new staff and to update to panel clinic list of staff.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities (BQ), and pricing strategies for tender submissions.

2. Source subcontractors and suppliers, negotiate prices, and assess the quality of their products and workmanship.

3. Evaluate contract terms, review all contract documentation, identify risks, and provide advice on contractual obligations.

4. Monitor project costs, prepare progress claims, and ensure proper management of financial cash flow.

5. Assess subcontractor claims, issue payment certificates, and manage variations.

6. Handle variation orders, prepare detailed cost breakdowns for additional work, and ensure compliance with contract terms.

7. Prepare the final account and cost report, settling accounts with both the client and subcontractors.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Semiconductor IC Packaging Assembly Engineering to lead assembly sustaining engineering and high-volume manufacturing operations for advanced semiconductor packaging technologies. This role supports AI/data center infrastructure power packaging applications, especially Smart Power Stages, Vertical Power Stages, Power Modules, and Discrete FET packages, with additional scope spanning wide-bandgap (WBG) technologies including SiC and GaN, DBC and AMB substrates, and advanced interconnect technologies. This leader will oversee yield performance, process stability, quality control, process change management, and manufacturing readiness while partnering closely with Package Engineering, R&D, Product Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and external OSAT partners to successfully transition New Product Introduction (NPI) programs into scalable high-volume manufacturing (HVM).

The ideal candidate combines deep semiconductor packaging assembly expertise with strong operational leadership, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive manufacturing excellence, product quality, and continuous improvement across global operations. Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing & Sustaining Engineering Leadership

• Lead sustaining engineering across semiconductor package assembly technologies and product lines.
• Drive high-volume manufacturing performance in yield, cycle time, quality, throughput, and cost.
• Establish strong engineering systems for process control, defect reduction, and continuous improvement.
• Align assembly engineering roadmaps with business growth and package technology strategies.
• Partner with Package Engineering and OSAT teams to ensure manufacturable designs and robust production controls.

Yield Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

• Own assembly yield monitoring, trend analysis, and corrective action processes.
• Lead data-driven yield improvement initiatives using statistical and problem-solving methodologies.
• Resolve process, reliability, and customer quality issues through disciplined root-cause analysis.
• Define KPIs and dashboards to track manufacturing performance and engineering effectiveness.

Quality & Reliability Management

• Partner with Quality and Reliability teams to meet internal, industry, and customer standards.
• Drive containment, corrective, and preventive actions for manufacturing and field quality issues.
• Ensure process controls and qualification requirements are maintained across OSAT sites.
• Support customer, supplier, and internal quality audits and reviews.

• Ensure process, qualification, material, site, and capacity readiness for high-volume ramp.

OSAT Partner Management
