Job Requirement

Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology
Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
Preferably Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
Knowlege in Server Configurations (disabling unused services) or VMware Virtualization, servers OS hardening methods.
Act as Level 2 technical support for Heatlh Care facilities is preferdable.
Handle high severity incidents and requests escalation.
Manage physical server and storage.
Perform periodic system patching and upgrades.
Administer server backup and restoration.
Administer VMware Virtualization servers.
Administer Windows Active Directory.
Plan and deploy fixes for Security hardening and vulnerability assessment report.
Monitor IT Infrastructure performance and produce periodic capacity planning report.
Document and update SOP.
Good communication skills in English,Malay,Chinese language for both spoken and written
