Job Title: Trainer
Job Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Training - Design and implement training and knowledge sharing sessions
- New hire, refresher-training and content creation
- New Hire - Act as a buddy for New Hires & Needs to provide all necessary mentor support to new hire.
- Documentation - Responsible for creation, updating & modification of training documents & its deployment on floor with TAT.
- Quick Learning & Understanding of Policy Updates & Its deployment on floor within TAT. Critical thinking is required
- Client Communication - Regular discussion with the Client Training Team participate in client calls and discussion
- Knowledge checks – rollout, analyse and report out, work on gaps based on findings.
Eligibility To Apply
- Associate must be at least hold a Trainer / SME in the current role for at least 2-4 years of experience
- Strong communication, coaching, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Excellent documentation skills and proficiency in Keynote and MS Office
- Comprehensive knowledge of all policies and workflows
- Ability to handle pressure
