Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 10 years of experience in Well Testing operations, including Surface Well Testing and Drill Stem Testing (DST)
Proven experience in project planning, coordination, and execution of offshore well testing operations
Strong knowledge of well testing equipment, operational procedures, and HSE practices
Experience in offshore supervision and capable of leading operational activities during offshore campaigns
Able to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills during operations
Familiar with operational reporting, risk assessment, and compliance with client/company standards
Good communication and leadership skills
Willing and fit to work offshore as required
