What You Will Do

  • Lead meetings to plan and schedule the release of new software features.
  • Ensure robust architecture across all software, from office systems to the Cloud.
  • Solve complex technical challenges for major clients.
  • Accelerate team productivity by implementing better tools and refactoring legacy code.

What You Will Need

  • "Tech-agnostic" but experience in .NET, C#, Java or C++ is an advantage.
  • Experience migrating software systems to the Cloud (e.g., Azure or AWS).
  • Strong academic background with a degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Familiarity with modern software testing and deployment practices.

About You

  • Passionate about technology with 10 to 12 years of software experience.
  • Previous titles may include VP of Engineering or Principal Engineering Manager.
  • Background in a software product company.
  • Skilled in building scalable software and mentoring other engineers.
