We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Software Sales Executive to identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive sales of software solutions and services. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, consultative selling abilities, and a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Present and demonstrate software products/solutions to prospective clients.
  • Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable software solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in software sales, SaaS sales, IT solutions sales, or B2B sales.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales interest are encouraged to apply (optional).
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Good command of English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Must be a Malaysian citizen.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling SaaS, ERP, HRMS, CRM, or cloud-based solutions.
  • Understanding of digital transformation and business software ecosystems.
  • Ability to conduct product demos and handle client objections effectively.

Location : Midvalley, KL

Working Hour : Monday to Friday (9:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.)

Package : Basic + OTE
