Assist in monitoring architectural and technical progress from Building Plan Submission through Tender, SPA, and Construction stages in line with MIP.
Support coordination among consultants, contractors, and internal departments throughout all project phases.
Ensure consistency between BPA, SPA, Tender, and Construction drawings and specifications.
Help track submission programs and verify that drawings are sufficiently detailed for each project phase.
Support document control, project timeline tracking, and reporting tasks.
To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or equivalent.
