Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related disciplines.
Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in production planning, material planning, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of MRP / ERP systems and production planning processes is an added advantage.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills with good analytical and reporting capabilities.
Detail-oriented with strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments.

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage production schedules based on customer forecasts, sales orders, and production capacity.
Perform material requirements planning (MRP) and coordinate closely with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure material availability.
Monitor production work orders and follow up on production progress to ensure timely completion and order closure.
Analyze forecast changes, customer demand fluctuations, and production capacity to optimize planning activities.
Monitor and control finished goods (FG) inventory levels to support customer demand and minimize excess stock.
Coordinate shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery performance to meet customer requirements.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production planning and inventory reports for management review.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency, inventory accuracy, and overall supply chain performance.
