Graduate Reporting & Planning Analyst to support integrated activity planning, cost monitoring, and performance reporting for offshore operations. Your Impact
As a Graduate Reporting & Planning Analyst, you will:
- Support Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) by assisting in the preparation and maintenance of short-, mid-, and long-term activity plans across 2-Year, 4-Month, 5-Week, and 2-Week horizons.
- Assist the Reporting & Planning team in coordinating inputs from multiple discipline owners to ensure aligned and feasible activity schedules.
- Support OPEX and CAPEX cost tracking, including monitoring budget utilisation and aligning costs between Work Program & Budget (WPB) and internal company frameworks.
- Contribute to budget preparation and forecasting activities during budget campaigns under the guidance of senior planners and analysts.
- Perform preliminary data checks, analysis, and reporting to support cost optimisation, value-for-money assessments, and planning reviews.
- Assist in ensuring personnel mobilisation and activity readiness by supporting safety and pre-mobilisation documentation for offshore operations.
- Uphold HSSE requirements, data accuracy, and compliance standards in all planning and reporting activities.
Profil du candidat
What We Are Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; engineering, technical, or analytical fields are preferred.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to handle and interpret large datasets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of planning tools is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of Primavera or similar planning tools will be an added advantage.
