Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end training logistics, including venue/room setup, meals, and scheduling
- Ensure training rooms are properly arranged (seating, cleanliness, layout, etc.) before each session
- Prepare and check all training equipment (e.g., laptops, projectors, sound systems, training materials)
- Liaise with vendors for catering, venue bookings, and equipment support
- Support trainers/facilitators during training sessions to ensure smooth delivery
- Monitor attendance and maintain training records/documentation
- Handle post-training arrangements (room reset, feedback forms, reporting)
- Ensure all arrangements meet company standards and timelines
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in training coordination, event coordination, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach
- Able to work flexible hours when required
