We are building a high-quality Malay (Bahasa Malaysia) customer support voice module and are looking for authentic, expressive voice artists who can sound like real customer support representatives.
This role goes beyond just speaking the language — we are looking for voices that can convey empathy, clarity, and professionalism, just like a live support agent.
What We’re Looking For
- Native or fluent Malay (Bahasa Malaysia) speakers
- Voice-over artists, Radio Jockeys, Podcasters, Dubbing Artists, or Customer Support Trainers
- Ability to deliver natural, conversational, and emotionally engaging recordings
- Access to a professional recording setup or studio
- High-quality, noise-free audio output
What You’ll Be Doing
- Recording customer support-style dialogues and responses
- Delivering lines with a realistic and human tone (not robotic or overly scripted)
- Contributing to voice datasets for AI-driven customer support systems
