The Opportunity
The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner, is a pivotal strategic leader responsible for bridging the gap between Monash University Malaysia's business objectives and its human capital strategies. This role requires a unique blend of HR expertise and business acumen, embodying a "dual hat" approach where a deep understanding of business operations informs and drives HR initiatives. The incumbent will serve as a trusted advisor to various university functions, leading the delivery of comprehensive HR solutions – from strategic talent planning to operational excellence – that directly contribute to organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development. This role oversees a diverse team of HR professionals across HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and HR Payroll & Claims.
Reporting Line: The position reports to the Director of Human Resources
