Manage and grow assigned merchant accounts by tracking performance and encouraging participation in ShopeeFood campaigns and promotions.
Achieve monthly KPI targets through co-funded campaigns and promotional initiatives, with commission incentives tied to performance.
Work closely with merchants to address their sales and operational challenges.
Identify and develop high-potential merchants within the assigned area and convert them to ShopeeFood merchants.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and a positive merchant experience.
Monitor and report competitor activities and market trends within the assigned areas.
Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in business development, relationship/ account management or sales (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Diploma or SPM graduates from all backgrounds are welcome to apply.
Flexible to travel within your assigned area for merchant visits.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with merchants and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, Chinese language or other dialects will be an advantage.
Flexible to work on-ground during peak periods or as business needs require.
