Job Description
- Deliver assigned sales targets by driving effective sales activities within the designated territory
- Negotiate competitive yet sustainable pricing to maximise revenue performance
- Ensure all account onboarding and operational processes comply with internal policies
- Build, manage, and develop strong merchant relationships, including day‑to‑day monitoring of vendor services, terminal installations, training, and fraud prevention
- Collaborate with business development and marketing teams on new product launches, sales initiatives, promotions, and revenue opportunities
- Forecast sales activities, market trends, and territory performance to support strategic planning
- Participate in sales meetings, training activities, and continuous knowledge development
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of competitor activity, market trends, technology, and industry standards
The Successful Applicant
- Has at least 2 years of proven sales experience in the financial services industry
- Possesses strong knowledge of financial services products and market dynamics
- Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Is highly organized, self‑motivated, mature, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Holds tertiary education, preferably in Business, Management, or Marketing
