Job Responsibility
Publish and manage company product advertisements across social media platforms.
Assist in creating engaging content, including photos, videos, and copywriting.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly via social media channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Provide support to the marketing team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Assist in executing marketing and advertising campaigns (e.g., social media, email, and web promotions).
Prepare and deliver promotional presentations.
Help design, distribute, and monitor marketing materials.
Manage and update the companyâs database and customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Assist in planning and organizing marketing events.
Coordinate and communicate requirements between internal departments, in-house teams, and external agencies.
Contribute creative ideas and actively participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions.
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification: Diploma in Business, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
Available for a minimum internship duration of 3 months.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking colleagues).
Tech-savvy and up to date with the latest digital tools and trends.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and CapCut.
Detail-oriented, with strong multitasking and time management abilities.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Solid technical and functional knowledge of the Internet and social media platforms.
