Job Summary:
The Property Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and tenant management of assigned properties. This role ensures that properties are well-maintained, services are delivered efficiently, and tenant satisfaction is upheld in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations and maintenance activities of assigned properties.
- Coordinate and monitor service contractors, technicians, and cleaning/security staff to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure all facilities and equipment are in good working condition through preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Handle tenant inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, and ensure prompt resolution.
- Monitor tenancy agreements and assist with tenant move-ins, move-outs, and renewals.
- Oversee building safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations, including fire safety and environmental standards.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control for property operations and maintenance expenses.
- Prepare reports on property condition, maintenance activities, and contractor performance.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of work orders, service reports, and inspection records.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Building Services, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 23 years of working experience in property/facilities supervision or building maintenance.
- Good knowledge of building operations, M&E systems, and maintenance procedures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently under minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems (preferred).
- Willing to be on-call for emergencies or attend to issues outside of office hours if necessary.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Knowledge of tenancy laws, safety regulations, and relevant property-related legislation.
- Experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.
- Possession of a valid driving license (if site visits or multiple properties are involved).
