About The Role
Responsible for driving sales growth and executing Joint Business Plans for modern trade/pharmacy accounts through strong retailer partnerships, trade negotiations, forecasting, and effective A&P spend management, while ensuring excellent in-store execution and cross-functional collaboration.
Job Requirements
- Develop and execute customer strategic plans to deliver annual sales targets and category growth.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with retailers to drive sustainable business growth.
- Develop and lead Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key retailers
- Conduct regular business reviews to track sales, distribution, promotions, and profitability.
- Plan, manage, and monitor A&P and trade spend budgets, ensuring effectiveness and ROI.
- Lead sales forecasting, performance tracking, and gap analysis for assigned accounts.
- Negotiate trade terms, promotions, listings, in-store visibility, and new product launches.
- Ensure strong execution and timely follow-up on orders, promotions, claims, payment and operational issues.
- Work cross-functionally with Consumer Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance team.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with retailers to drive sustainable business growth.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Minimum 5 years FMCG Key Account Management experience.
- Experience managing at least ONE modern trade or pharmacy account such as Watsons, Guardian, Lotus’s, AEON, Mydin, BCG, Alpro, or Healthlane.
- Good commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in A&P trade spend management and business planning.
- Good analytical skills and strong follow-up discipline.
