We are looking for Service Delivery Engineer is responsible for providing Level 2 operational support for enterprise network, SD-WAN, server, virtualization, and cloud environments. The role focuses on incident management, technical troubleshooting, change implementation, security compliance, and service availability while ensuring customer SLA commitments are achieved.

Make an Impact by

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert with extensive understanding of client’s network setup/design
  • Provide Technical Support for escalated incident from NOC engineers, troubleshooting and solving the issues
  • Provide and/or review configurations of complex changes, documenting all changes including and not limited to maintaining network documentation
  • Manage incidents to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
  • Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues
  • Publish Technical Support Bulletins and other technical documentation in the Knowledge Base
  • Review of technical documentation for training materials, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with the technical support provided
  • Focal point for customers technical needs and serves as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding their network and aligning their needs with Singtel solution

Skills For Success

  • Graduate from Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in network support, working with global customers, partners, and cross-functional technical teams
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network security
  • Hands-on experience with routing and switching technologies such as MPLS IPVPN, Cloud Connect, BGP, and OSPF
  • Familiar with enterprise networking solutions from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet
  • Proven ability to configure, troubleshoot, and support large-scale network environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
