Job Description
System Architecture & Platform Development
- Design and develop commercial online platforms, internal systems, and core business applications.
- Build highly available, scalable, and maintainable system architectures.
- Design backend services, APIs, databases, caching layers, message queues, and core platform modules.
- Continuously improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Lead system refactoring initiatives, technical debt reduction, and long-term technology planning.
Full-Stack Development & Product Delivery
- Develop and maintain customer-facing platforms, administration portals, internal operation systems, and API services.
- Deliver frontend and backend features based on business and product requirements.
- Build dashboards, reporting systems, permission management systems, administrative tools, and automation platforms.
- Integrate with third-party APIs, cloud services, payment gateways, and data service providers.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects from requirements gathering through production deployment.
Backend Engineering & Performance Optimization
- Develop core backend services using Golang or C++.
- Build microservices, background jobs, service communication layers, and complex business logic.
- Solve challenges involving high traffic, high concurrency, and large-scale systems.
- Optimize databases, indexes, caching strategies, and service performance.
- Build and improve logging, monitoring, alerting, and observability capabilities.
Cloud, DevOps & Production Operations
- Contribute to cloud infrastructure design and deployment architecture.
- Support deployment, maintenance, and optimization using Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, Nginx, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, service failures, deployment issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in release management, rollback procedures, security updates, and stability improvements.
- Continuously improve deployment efficiency, resource utilization, and system reliability.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Principal Full Stack Engineer (Golang/C++) should have:
- A strong background in software development with proficiency in Golang and C++.
- Experience in full-stack development, including both front-end and back-end technologies (React, Next.js,Vue.js)
- Familiar with API design, service communication, business logic development, and system module design
- Experience in microservices, distributed systems, or high-availability system design is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Cloud and DevOps: WS / Azure / Alibaba Cloud / Tencent Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, CI/CD
- System and Network Fundamentals: Understand basic network protocols, including TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, and WebSocket
- Proficient in AI / LLM integration or automation tool development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Able to communicate in Chinese for work purposes
