Responsibilities

Lead high-impact teams in a global platform environment
Own operations in a mission-critical digital infrastructure
Oversee daily data centre operations, ensuring maximum uptime and operational efficiency
Lead facilities maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and cooling systems (M&E)
Manage vendors and contractors for maintenance and infrastructure services
Develop and enforce site operational procedures, safety standards, and compliance
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across reliability, efficiency, and sustainability
Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and escalation protocols
Lead and develop a technical operations team, ensuring strong performance and engagement
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders on capacity planning and upgrades

Requirements

A degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience managing mission-critical facilities (data centre, telecom, or similar)
Strong knowledge of M&E systems, redundancy design, and uptime standards
Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., Uptime Institute, ISO, or equivalent)
Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
