How you succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to be meticulous, organized, and able to work well under pressure. You'll focus on resolving operational issues efficiently, collaborating with various teams to identify and implement process improvements, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in identifying and mitigating operational risks.
What you do
- Process and verify transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Investigate and resolve operational issues, escalating complex cases to senior team members
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing insights to support business decisions
- Participate in audits and compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
Who you are
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or operations management
- At least 2 years of experience in banking operations, preferably in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
