Job Description

The Contractor shall provide PE support services including but not limited to the following:

PE Teaching & Learning Support

  • Assist in the delivery of structured Physical Education lessons across year groups
  • Support teachers in implementing age-appropriate PE activities and skill development
  • Assist in adapting activities for students of varying abilities and needs
  • Support maintenance of a safe and inclusive PE environment

Internal Sports, CCA & School Events

  • Support organisation and delivery of house competitions, sports days, and internal tournaments
  • Assist in supervising and conducting CCA sports activities and training sessions
  • Support student participation and engagement in school sports programmes

External Sports & Competitions

  • Assist in preparation and supervision of students for external competitions and inter-school events
  • Support logistics, coordination, and student welfare during off-campus sporting activities
  • Represent the PE department during external sporting events as required

Operational & Equipment Support

  • Assist in maintaining PE equipment, sports resources, and facilities
  • Support record keeping related to student participation and performance
  • Assist PE staff in operational duties as required for programme delivery

Student Development & Engagement

  • Encourage student participation in physical activities and sports
  • Promote teamwork, discipline, and healthy lifestyle habits
  • Support student behaviour management during PE and sports activities
