Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company
  • Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
  • Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints
  • Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Supervising the account teams assigned to each key client.
  • Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
  • Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.

New Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research
  • Convert qualified prospects into new customers
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close new sales deals

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Key Account Management and sales
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as SQL software.
  • Ability to balance account management with new business development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
