Job Description:

Monitor and coordinate import ocean freight movements
Prepare documentations for customer
Coordinate supplier invoices
Maintain records and filing as per ISO requirements and standards
Respond to internal enquiries and complaints and coordinate with other department on ocean freight needs
Liaising with supplier – shipping line, agent, warehouse, and transporter for ocean freight movements.
Monitor internal data & system compliance
Handle K4 import manifest submission to local custom
