Job Description

Planner in SMT line scheduling by customers and products
Monthly SMT Capacity Planning simulation and execution
Monthly discussion with LOG and MOE5&MOE2 for Capacity discussion and loading
Leads SMT Planning and Scheduling group
Main driver for SMT leveling projects
Follow up on the daily SMT production output
Track stock level of inventory/ semi completed/ holding in WIP/ staging area
Prepare daily report required from time to time. (eg: production tracking report)
Coordination to solve problems that related to SMT planning
Take lead and initiate for process improvement
Lead in MOE1 projects improvement and system CIP eg pull system and system planning
Any other task as assign by superior from time to time.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in science / engineering / business / manufacturing / Account
At least 5 years practical experience in SMT Planning
Knowledge of data analytics and automation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Python.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Able to work independently with good coordination and organizational skills
Results-oriented with strong planning and resource management capability
Positive mindset and able to perform well under pressure
Proactive in driving and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate across departments
