  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes by conducting orientation sessions and ensuring new hires understand company policies, culture, and job responsibilities.
  • Prepare and manage new hire documentation, including employment contracts and benefits enrolment.
  • Oversee off boarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews and managing administrative tasks for departing employees.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and concerns, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Support management in resolving conflicts, implementing employee engagement initiatives, and maintaining high morale.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes by assisting managers in setting performance goals and maintaining evaluation records.
  • Identify training and development needs and organise workshops or seminars to enhance employee skills.
  • Assist in developing and updating HR policies to ensure compliance with labour laws and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks and ensure all actions adhere to company procedures.
  • Support workplace safety programs and wellness initiatives to promote a healthy and secure work environment.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR functions, preferably at a junior or mid-level role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
  • Familiarity with HR regulations and employment laws in Malaysia.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
