Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Build & Release Manager with a strong background in managing release processes and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coordinating across multiple teams, including development, QA, operations, product, and business stakeholders, to ensure release readiness and successful implementation of software releases.
Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule software releases by defining timelines, milestones, and release scope.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure all aspects of the release process are aligned and ready for deployment.
- Manage release processes and ensure compliance with change management and organizational policies.
- Assess and mitigate risks by identifying dependencies, resolving issues, and preparing rollback plans.
- Oversee deployments and monitor production releases to ensure successful implementation.
- Communicate release status and outcomes through release notes, stakeholder updates, and post-release reviews.

- Strong knowledge and experience in Build & Release Management.
- Proven ability to plan and schedule releases effectively.
- Experience in coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of change management processes and compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Build & Release Management or a related role.
- Relevant certifications in project management or release management are a plus.
