Job Responsibilities
- Design and evolve frontend architecture (Web + Mobile: React & React Native)
- Define and enforce coding and engineering standards
- Build scalable, maintainable frontend systems
- Optimize performance (loading, rendering, bundle size)
- Lead technical design for complex systems
- Drive technology selection and toolchain decisions
- Solve complex technical challenges
- Mentor and guide frontend developers
- Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams
Main Skills
- 5+ years of experience in front end development roles for both web and mobile applications
- Strong expertise in React and React Native
- Proficient in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, SCSS, Sass
- Experience with frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, etc.)
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and package managers
- Experience designing large-scale frontend systems
- Knowledge of modular and component-based architecture
- Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, etc.)
- Ability to design reusable component libraries
- Micro-frontend experience is a plus
- Understanding of browser rendering (Reflow/Repaint)
- Experience with code splitting and lazy loading
- React performance optimization techniques
- React Native performance optimization experience
- Familiar with ESLint, Prettier
- Experience with testing (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong code review practices
- Experience with Git workflows
