Overview
As a Legal & Contract management intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with ADA’s experienced legal counsels on a wide range of legal matters covering over 11 countries.
This internship will provide you with hands-on exposure to various legal drafting, research, and negotiations.
You will also be an integral part of our contracts management team, assisting in managing and administrating various contracts throughout their lifecycle.
This is a paid internship.
TERM
The internship is a 3-6-month position.
Job Description
Contract Management Improvement: Actively involved in contracting process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in contract management procedures and policies.
Contract Preparation: Assist our legal counsel in preparing draft contracts, NDAs, amendments, and addendums based on established templates and guidelines.
Contract Database: Input contact details and relevant information into the ADA contract management database.
Communication: Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure a smooth contracting flow.
Requirements
Pursuing a degree in law
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially in English) and computer savvy.
Positive attitude, energetic, and willingness to take up new challenges and to learn in a corporate environment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to organise and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
