Job responsibilities:
1. Sample Management & Lab Coordination:
• Support preparation of samples for submission to customers/distributors within stipulated deadlines.
• Maintain and record keeping on library samples stock and provide monthly stock updates to the Account Manager.
• Coordinate with internal labs for sample replenishment and maintain optimal stock thresholds.
2. Customer Service & Sales Support
• Assist with customer’s regulatory compliance requests by coordinating with the compliance team.
• Coordinate product registrations and support import market requirements and customs-related matters.
• Provide administrative backup to Account Manager during field sales operations to optimize client-facing time.
• Support any new launches of market products and input new product information into the database.
3. Office admin
• Arrange and courier the market samples within the required deadlines.
• Coordinate and handle travel arrangements for visitors, including accommodations, transportation and etc.
• Oversee office administration tasks, including utility tracking, office supplies management and vendor management.
Job Requirements:
• Possess 5 years of relevant experience in sales support
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced changing business needs
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
