Job Description
- Develop control system designs and technical drawing packages
- Prepare design documentation from preliminary stage to IFC level
- Support sustaining engineering for existing production designs
- Review and validate Control System Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
- Provide technical support to subcontractors, QA/QC, safety, and procurement teams
- Coordinate with project managers and supply chain teams on technical matters
- Produce testing and commissioning documentation for control systems
- Support installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV and control systems
- Liaise with factories and vendors for technical clarifications
- Assist with cost estimation and design detailing after purchase orders are received
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Around 5 years of experience in construction and control system design
- Strong understanding of ELV systems, preferably in data center environments
- Experience in electrical and mechanical system integration
- Familiarity with schematic diagrams and system connections
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
- Ability to troubleshoot and support testing/manufacturing processes
- Strong documentation skills (functional specs, design documents)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in testing and commissioning ELV systems preferred
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and be trained
