Proactively identify bottleneck equipment and initiate OEE/IEE improvement projects to maximize production capacity.
Lead structured equipment optimization projects, identify equipment-internal and external capacity constraints, develop countermeasures and manage the implementation lifecycle.
Execute benchmarking and golden tool analyses to establish performance baselines and drive the standardization of best-in-class performance standards across all equipment and manufacturing sites.
Contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of the Industrial Engineering productivity framework.
