To upkeep facilities systems and ensure minimum downtime by providing quick response to emergency cases and performing good maintenance programs.
Job Responsibilities
Schedule and plan daily assignments to all reporting technicians as directed by Manager or Executive.
Verify daily recording in checklist to all facilities systems to ensure all in good running condition.
Support reporting technicians in troubleshooting problems encountered.
To assist Manager / Executive in supervising & monitoring systems including Electrical, HVAC, Clean room, LEV, FMCS, PCW, CDA, RODI, Water supply, Fire Fighting and Building Maintenance.
To undertake specific tasks / projects given by line manager pertaining facilities department.
Schedule and conduct predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance in order to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown. Ensure tasks being done as planned.
Liaise with other departments, contractors and vendors in daily operation activities.
Abide to legal standards by DOSH, DOE, BOMBA and company safe practices on all work assignments.
Ensure quick response / restoration in any emergency situation.
Ensure and maintain 5S at all time.
Able to work in shift.
Job Requirements
Qualification : Cert / Diploma in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field.
Candidates who possess a certificate A0-A4 from Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
Knowledge in Clean room (C1K – C100K), RODI, Waste Water and FMCS systems will be an added advantage.
Skill : Knowledge in facilities system operation and maintenance including Electrical, HVAC, LEV, PCW, CDA, Fire Fighting and Building Maintenance.
Knowledge in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Language : Good verbal and communication skill in English and Malay.
