职务描述:
Operations Support
- Support daily import and export processing activities.
- Monitor package movement and shipment status.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery activities with drivers.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain records.
- Ensure compliance with UPS operational procedures and service standards.
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipments, pickups, deliveries, and claims.
- Investigate service failures and provide timely updates to customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve shipment-related issues.
Administrative Duties
- Prepare and maintain operational documentation and filing systems.
- Process invoices, vendor payments, and cash handling records where applicable.
- Monitor office supplies and administrative requirements.
- Support audits and compliance checks.
Driver and Vendor Coordination
- Liaise with drivers regarding delivery exceptions, pickups, and route issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors on operational matters.
- Ensure timely communication between operations, customers, and vendors.
Performance Monitoring
- Track operational KPIs such as:
- Service performance
- Scan compliance
- Package handling productivity (PPH)
- Cost Per Piece (CPP)
- On-time pickup and delivery performance
- Generate reports and provide data analysis to management.
Skills And Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in logistics, courier, transportation, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
