About The Job

Work closely with engineering, technical, and project teams to ensure successful implementation and service delivery.
Manage customer relationships, contract renewals, escalations, and after-sales technical support coordination.
Develop and execute strategic plans for technical services, maintenance support, and managed service offerings.

Skills And Experience Required

At least 10 - 15 years of experience in infrastructure solutions, or managed services in an IT solution provider environment
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, servers, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, hardware, and software support services.
Experience handling government, enterprise, or GLC accounts is an added advantage.
