What you do

  • Provide administrative support to relationship managers, including preparing client reports and presentations
  • Coordinate client events and meetings, ensuring timely and effective communication- Assist with client onboarding and account opening processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and databases
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client queries and issues


Who you are

  • A degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as business or finance
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the financial industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly
