Responsibilities
1. To assist NPI engineers in designing and developing process drawings.
2. Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and
improving quality standards.
3. Prepare and maintain detailed engineering documentation including FMEA, PCP,
WI, PI, process drawing, process changes, procedure and process standard for new
product and review from time to time to ensure the effectiveness.
4. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure products meets customer requirement
and specification.
5. Provide technical support including jig and fixture for productions operation to
resolve process issue.
6. Ensure all process comply with relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and
company policies.
7. Analyze manufacturing process and identify areas for improvement.
8. Participate in process improvement initiatives, offering suggestions for enhancing
efficiency, reduce waste, and improving overall quality.
9. To create and modify cutting programs using CAD/CAM software to ensure
accuracy and efficiency in the production of sheet metal parts.
10. Coordinate with external suppliers and vendors as needed to overcome process or
technical issues.
11. Study the new project from customer and revert to marketing team if face design
or process limitation, unsuitable for MP, and process capability issue.
12. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines and project
specifications are met.
13. Study on Continuous Improvement Program related to process improvement.
14. Ensure the 5S activities carried out properly.
15. Others duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Qualification
1. Diploma / Advanced / Higher in engineering or subject related to industry or
equivalent.
2. 3 years of working experience relevant to specific industry often preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of CAD software and other engineering tools used in sheet metal
design and manufacturing.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
