Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Administrative activities concerning the processing, documentation and handling of all incoming shipments.
• Maintaining contacts with customers & ship owners.
• Report and manage assignment within deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Candidate must possess at least minimum of Diploma in related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good speaking and writing skills in English language.
• Computer literate (Email, Microsoft Word, Excel)
