Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic IT support to employees.
  • Assist in setting up computers, printers, and other devices.
  • Troubleshoot simple hardware and software issues.
  • Help maintain IT equipment and inventory records.
  • Support system updates, installations, and data backup activities.
  • Assist with documentation and administrative IT tasks.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the IT Department.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Willing to learn and work in a team environment.
