About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to drive project sales in the Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning sector. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical knowledge with sales strategy to deliver solutions that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets by developing and executing project sales plans.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and market segments.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Collaborate with the technical team to propose effective system solutions.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for new products.
Prepare timely sales forecasts, reports, and project updates.
Manage customer accounts, including payment follow-up and collection plans.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in Refrigeration, Air-Conditioning, or HVAC projects or components).
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply also.
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.
Passionate about business development and customer engagement.
Self-driven, energetic, and resilient with a positive attitude.
Possess own transport and valid driving license.
