We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented General Clerk to join our team at HP Best Enterprise Sdn Bhd in Ayer Keroh, Melaka. As a General Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of our company. What you'll be doing

  1. Performing a variety of clerical duties, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
  2. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, both physical and electronic
  3. Maintaining and updating records, databases, and other administrative systems
  4. Providing general administrative support to the team as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  2. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  3. Proficient in using common office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
  4. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  5. A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment
