We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to support the implementation of AI-powered solutions within our business operations. This role will focus on integrating AI technologies with existing business systems, databases, and workflows to improve productivity, data accessibility, reporting, and decision-making.
The ideal candidate should have experience in software development, database management, system integration, and a strong interest in applying Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI technologies in real business environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement AI-powered business solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Integrate AI tools with company databases, business systems, and workflows.
• Develop AI knowledge bases that allow users to retrieve information and generate reports using natural language queries.
• Build and maintain internal AI assistants to improve employee productivity and user support.
• Develop and maintain APIs for system integrations.
• Work closely with external software vendors and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Analyze company data and automate reporting processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance throughout AI implementations.
• Research and evaluate new AI technologies and automation opportunities.
• Provide user training and technical support for implemented AI solutions.
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software development, system integration, automation, or related roles.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Good understanding of SQL databases and data management.
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, OpenAI API, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
