We are looking for a driven and energetic intern to join our Mass Hiring Team. If you enjoy communicating with people and want hands-on experience in recruitment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for high-volume roles (e.g. couriers)
Reach out to candidates via calls, WhatsApp and job platforms
Assist with interview coordination and onboarding
Support recruiters in achieving hiring targets

Requirements:

Proactive, willing to learn and positive attitude
Comfortable communicating with candidates daily
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
