Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries related to air and sea freight shipments, including booking, tracking and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, sales, customs) to ensure smooth cargo movement.
Prepare and verify shipping documents: AWB, BL, invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
Monitor shipment status and proactively update customers on delays or changes.
Resolve service issues, complaints, and discrepancies with professionalism and urgency.
Liaise with airline, shipping lines, and third-party vendors for space booking and cargo handling.
Ensure compliance with IATA,IMO and local customs regulations.
Maintain accurate records in the company's logistics system or CRM platform.
Prepare costing breakdowns and quotations upon receiving RFQs from customers, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Comply with ASTF's established procedures within required time limits, including ISO norms.
Acting as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
