Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit
  • Prepare construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
  • Coordinate BIM models with architects, engineers, and consultants
  • Ensure models comply with project standards, BIM execution plans, and codes
  • Detect and resolve clashes and coordination issues
  • Update models based on design changes and site feedback
  • Assist in quantity take-offs and documentation when required
  • Maintain organized model files and drawing revisions

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Revit / BIM Modeller
  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit
  • Good understanding of BIM workflows and construction documentation
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
  • Attention to detail and strong time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
