We are Hiring Retail Sales Advisor
Location : Multiple location across Malaysia
Remuneration package : Basic salary + Sales Commission
Be our Sales Team and earn monthly up to RM5000++
Job Responsibility
- Promote and market GINTELL massage chairs and fitness products to walk-in, online, and offline customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every customer receives a professional, friendly, and engaging experience.
- Achieve and exceed showroom sales targets (weekly, monthly, and annually) through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including follow-ups on enquiries, leads, and after-sales service.
- Manage daily showroom operations, including display arrangement, stock checking, and maintaining a clean & presentable showroom environment.
- Participate in roadshows, events, and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and capture new leads.
- Work closely with the team and management to ensure smooth sales operations and consistent brand standards.
- Remuneration package : Basic salary + Sales commission
Job Requirements
- Candidates must have a minimum of three (3) years of retail sales experience, preferably within a similar industry (health, wellness, fitness, or consumer electronics).
- Must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Must have hands-on experience in retail operations, including sales management, product display, stock control and inventory management.
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Applicants must be Malaysian citizens or possess valid residency status.
- Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
