We are looking for a highly experienced Printing Assistant with extensive expertise in offset printing operations and exceptional color accuracy skills to be part of our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:-

Lead and supervise offset printing operations (Ryobi / RMGT).
Ensure printing quality meets company and customer standards.
Monitor machine setup, color matching, registration, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate daily production schedules to meet production deadlines.
Train, guide, and monitor printing operators.
Troubleshoot machine and printing issues.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in offset printing.
Hands-on experience with Ryobi and/or RMGT offset printing machines.
Strong knowledge of printing processes, color control, and printing materials.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and lead a team.
Able to work independently and perform well under pressure.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work overtime or shifts when require
