Job Responsibilities:
Based in the design office, you will:
- Lead the delivery of all structural design aspects of projects.
- Carry out structural design and liaise with drafters on drawing production
- Coordinate with external parties.
- Mentor junior engineers of the team.
Skills / Experience Required:
- Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
- Minimum 10 years of experience in design office in the field of structural design across a range of medium to large-scale projects (Bridge projects preferred).
- Excellent in team management skill and mentoring junior engineers
- Strong analytical skills would be preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills within the team and external parties
- Able to work under pressure with good time management and planning skills
