The duties of HR Expert – Industrial Relations relate to the human resource and operations functions pertaining to all associates.
Job Scope
Conduct counselling and coaching for staff pertaining to performance and disciplinary issues.
Take necessary disciplinary actions including conducting investigation, drafting warning letter conducting domestic inquiry pertaining to employees disciplinary.
Perform analysis / prepare related reports on employee and industrial relations and any other areas within the scope.
Monitor employee issues by analyzing types of misconducts of respective department.
Monitor behavior and take action to adequately address such concerns or issues to avoid or to successfully defend against litigation.
