Job Responsibilities:

  • Accurately key in and maintain merchant profile data in the system
  • Review and verify merchant information to ensure data integrity
  • Process and issue tickets for merchant termination requests
  • Monitor and follow up on ticket status to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies
  • Follow up on group chat status updates and ensure all tickets are actively monitored and tracked until closure

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Diploma in any related field
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Demonstrates strong work ethic and reliability
  • Able to understand, follow, and execute instructions with accuracy

  • 1 post for Subang Jaya Office
  • 1 Post Penang Office
